L’ART INVESTIT L’ÉCOLE AVEC MIO KASAI

 

Du 11 mai au 26 juin, le lycée français international de Tokyo accueille l’artiste Mio KASAI pour une exposition solo intitulée « What can colors do to your life ».

À travers sa série « Life Line », l’artiste invite les élèves et les familles à explorer la vie, l’existence et les émotions intérieures sous la forme d’une ligne simple, avec un début et une fin.

Loin d’une représentation classique du corps humain, son travail s’intéresse à l’invisible : nos pensées, nos sensations, nos transformations et les mouvements intérieurs qui nous façonnent.

Cette exposition, réservée aux élèves et aux parents de l’établissement, offre un moment rare de rencontre avec l’art contemporain au cœur même de l’école. Elle permet aux élèves de ressentir, d’observer, de questionner et de développer leur sensibilité artistique.

Accueillir Mio KASAI au LFI Tokyo, c’est affirmer l’importance de la culture et de la créativité dans le parcours éducatif. C’est aussi rappeler que l’école est un lieu d’apprentissage, d’ouverture et d’émotion, où les élèves construisent leur regard sur le monde.

From May 11 to June 26, the International French School in Tokyo is hosting a solo exhibition by artist Mio KASAI, entitled “What can colors do to your life”.

Through her “Life Line” series, the artist explores life and existence as a simple line, with a beginning and an end. Her work focuses not on the visible shape of the human body, but on invisible inner dimensions: emotions, thoughts, sensations and constant transformations.

Reserved for students and parents, this exhibition offers a meaningful encounter with contemporary art within the school environment. It invites students to observe, feel, question and develop their artistic sensitivity.

Welcoming Mio KASAI reflects the International French School in Tokyo’s commitment to cultural education, creativity and openness to the world. It also highlights the school as a place where academic excellence meets emotion, imagination and personal growth.

東京国際フランス学園では、5月11日から6月26日まで、アーティストMio KASAIさんの個展「What can colors do to your life」を開催しています。

本展では、「Life Line」シリーズを通して、人生や存在が一本のシンプルな線として表現されています。作品は、身体の輪郭ではなく、私たちの内面にある感情、思考、感覚、そして絶えず変化する心の動きに光を当てています。

この展示は、児童生徒と保護者を対象とした校内限定の企画です。学校という日常の空間の中で現代アートに触れることで、児童生徒は感じる力、考える力、表現を受け取る力を育むことができます。

東京国際フランス学園は、学びの中に文化と芸術を取り入れ、創造性と国際的な視野を育む教育を大切にしています。
